Become an Egg Donor Today
with SIMPLIFY Egg Bank
We compensate our donors between $8,000 - $10,000
SIMPLIFY Egg Bank is a unique egg bank which helps those who cannot achieve families on their own. Cis-women with low quality eggs, cis-men in same-sex relationships, cis-men without a partner, trans women, and other members of the LGBTQ+ community achieve their goals of parenthood through our egg donation program. Donations from people like you are what makes that possible. We offer confidential and personalized care with a small team of devoted doctors and nurses to help you through every step of the process.
SIMPLIFY is an affliate of Pacific Northwest Fertility. PNWF is not your average fertility clinic. We are a female owned and led clinic that focuses on delivering state-of-the-art technology and excellent customer service. We believe the patient experience starts at the front desk and extends through the entire clinic including passionate nurses, caring medical assistants, friendly financial counselors and outstanding embryologists. Our doctors are leaders in their field and continue to collaborate locally and internationally to improve outcomes and success rates for our patients.
Egg Donor Compensation
There are no out of pocket expenses during your egg donation procedure. You are not required to pay for any testing, fertility treatments, or donation. We will provide you with genetic and reproductive test results for your own future personal use and serve as a guide to your general and reproductive health.
Following the egg retrieval procedure, you will receive a check as compensation for the time, energy, and care you have invested in our egg donation program. You will receive the full agreed upon amount, regardless of the number or quality of eggs retrieved during the procedure. If your cycle must be cancelled for medical reasons before egg retrieval, you will be reimbursed $500 for your time. If your cycle is cancelled due to non-compliance with our requirements, you will receive no reimbursement for the time you spent in the program. All donors will be provided with a 1099 form.
We compensate our donors between $8,000 and $10,000. Additional cycles may be compensated at a higher rate. In addition, Donors who donate multiple times may be allowed to freeze a portion of their eggs for future personal use at no extra charge, excluding long-term storage fees. Any additional benefits are at the discretion of SIMPLIFY. And the first cycle is just the beginning: some #EggDonors can earn up to $60,000 with multiple cycles.
Once you’ve completed a cycle as an egg donor, you can refer a friend to our program. If they’re accepted we’ll send you a $1,000 referral bonus upon completion of their cycle.
Referring other qualified donors is another great way to help build families!

The Egg Donation Process
Once you’ve applied, we will schedule your medical pre-screening appointment. This visit will include a physical and gynecological exam, including a vaginal ultrasound, blood and urine testing, drug testing, and genetic testing. This appointment is also a great time to ask one of our medical providers any additional questions you may have about the process.
Since egg donation uses in vitro fertilization, you will undergo the first few steps of the IVF process. Here is an overview of your responsibilities during the IVF process:
First, you will start an approved birth control medication.
This will be followed by two weeks of injectable fertility medications that will stimulate the ovaries
After two weeks of medication, you will come in for egg retrieval. This is a minimally invasive procedure (transvaginal oocyte aspiration) that will take place at our facility. Because of the anesthesia given during the procedure, you won’t be able to go back to work or school the day of the retrieval, but most donors return to non-strenuous activities the following day.
After the egg retrieval, your part of the process is complete!
Following the egg retrieval, eggs will either be frozen or combined with sperm at our fertility clinic. If embryos result, they will be cultured for several days, and then transferred to the uterus of the parent or gestational surrogate. All eggs and embryos resulting from this procedure, whether transferred or frozen, belong to the recipient (and their partner, if applicable). If the embryos result in a successful pregnancy and a child is delivered, the recipient(s) will be the legal parent(s) of the child.
Who Can Donate
In order to maintain the highest level of quality for our egg donor database, we have a strict set of guidelines that potential donors must meet before being accepted into our program.
All applicants must meet the following requirements:
Age: Between the ages of 21 - 29
Health: Donors must be healthy and must not use any illicit drugs, tobacco, or nicotine products (including vaping, hookah, e-cigarettes, etc.)
BMI: To ensure your health and safety during the donation process and while under anesthesia, donors are required to have a BMI between 19 and 29 in order to donate.
Work Eligibility: In order to compensate our donors, all applicants are required to have a US Social Security Number and be eligible to work freely in the US.
All potential donors will undergo physical and mental health screenings and a criminal background check before being accepted into the program. Donors must be able to attend a schedule of medical appointments for monitoring and will be asked to abstain from sexual intercourse during the donation process.
In addition to our guidelines, The American Society for Reproductive Medicine suggests people should not donate their eggs if they:
Are in an unstable relationship or marriage
Currently use psychoactive drugs or medication
Have a serious psychological disorder
Have significant stress due to work or home situations
Have been physically or sexually abused and not received professional treatment
Are not mentally capable of understanding or participating in the process
If you meet the requirements listed above and are ready to apply, click the button below to begin the initial screening.
Don’t forget, you must be between the ages of 21-29
There are no laws about how many times a person can donate their eggs, but the American Society for Reproductive Medicine recommends a maximum of 6 donation cycles. We are happy to discuss additional cycles with you on a case by case basis. It’s important for us to see how the process, medications, and recovery affect you as an individual before recommending additional cycles.
If you have any additional questions or concerns about the process, requirements, or compensation, feel free to reach out to us. We’re happy to answer any questions by email at donoreggbank@pnwfertility.com or text at (206) 877-3534. We look forward to working with you!
